Which size fits me?

Can I try Warmzy products?

Sure, we have a free 15-day trial period of the original ship date, so feel free to purchase whichever piece(s) you would like to try on and return the ones that don't work out for you. However, the products must be undamaged, unwashed, and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required.*

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift receipts?

Yes we do! We offer gift wrapping; we don't include receipt in any package; receipt will be sent to your email.

Where do you produce your products?

Every Warmzy Club piece is made in Vietnam.

The product I want is currently out of stock. What do I do?

You will be asked to be placed on a waiting list for the item, and will be notified once the product has been restocked and ready to ship.

Exchange/Refund questions

Can I exchange Warmzy products?

Yes, you can! All Warmzy club products can be exchanged once for a same-priced or higher-priced item(s) within a 15-day window. The products must be undamaged or unwashed, and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required.*

*The customer must email hello@warmzy.club prior to sending the return to request a return authorization or exchange. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

When will I receive my refund or exchange?

Refunds will be processed once your return has been received at our warehouse, it can take up to three weeks for your return to be processed. If you are returning for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. If you are returning for an exchange, we will send the requested item out to you.

Order questions

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift receipts?

Yes we do! We offer gift wrapping; we don't include receipt in any package; receipt will be sent to your email.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Continental US orders: in-stock orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

For orders outside the US: in-stock orders are processed within 10-15 business days and may be subject to additional transit time and customs clearance delays.

Invalid Shipping Address: We are unable to ship domestically and / or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.

What shipping method do you use?

We send domestic orders with USPS or DHL for international. All packages are insured, and as soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. Extra charge for international shipping methods.

What are your holiday shipping cutoff dates?

To make sure your packages arrive before December 25th, here's when USPS recommends you ship by:

  • First Class Package: Ship by December 18th.
  • Priority Mail: Ship by December 19th.
  • Priority Mail Express: Ship by December 23rd.
  • Media Mail & Parcel Select Ground: Ship by December 15th.
  • Simple Export Rate, First Class Package International, and Priority Mail International: Ship by November 30th for Africa, Central America, and South America—and by December 7th for the rest of the world.
  • Priority Mail Express International: Ship by December 7th for Africa, Central America, and South America—and by December 14th for the rest of the world.
  • Shipping to/from Hawaii, Alaska, or a Military address? Check out all the deadlines here.

*Shipments to certain destinations may require an earlier ship date. Check ups.com/ctc for details.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the status of the shipment. If you are having an issue with tracking your order, please contact our customer support team at hello@warmzy.club

How do I cancel or edit my order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to edit it before it ships. Please contact our customer support team at hello@warmzy.club if you have concerns about your order.

My order was marked as "Delivered" but I have not received it. What do I do?

If your order has been marked “Delivered” but you have not received the shipment, please contact our customer support team at hello@warmzy.club
